Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to participate, and using Wage Plus from a place where online betting is permitted.
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you access, register with, deposit at, place a wager through, or otherwise use Wage Plus. Please read the full document before opening an account or using any real-money service.
The full provisions below govern your use of Wage Plus. These four points provide a practical summary, but they do not replace the complete Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to participate, and using Wage Plus from a place where online betting is permitted.
Each person may maintain only one Wage Plus account. Accurate identity, contact, and payment information must be supplied during verification.
Deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods held in your own name. Wage Plus may review transactions before releasing funds.
Wage Plus is for entertainment. Members should set limits, avoid chasing losses, and use available account controls whenever needed.
These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you and Wage Plus whenever you visit the website, register an account, claim a promotion, deposit funds, withdraw funds, or place a real-money wager. References to the “platform”, “website”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to Wage Plus and the services made available through it. References to “you”, “player”, or “member” refer to the person using the platform.
By selecting an acceptance box, registering, or continuing to use Wage Plus, you confirm that you understand and agree to these rules. If you do not accept any provision, you must not register or continue using Wage Plus. You should also review the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page because those policies apply alongside these terms.
The English en-PH version of these terms is the controlling version provided on this website. Headings and summaries are included to make the document easier to read, but they do not limit the meaning of any section. Where a promotion, game, sports market, or payment method has additional rules, those specific rules also apply. If specific promotional rules conflict with general bonus terms, the clearly stated rules for that offer will apply to the offer.
You may register with Wage Plus only if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for checking whether accessing online betting services is lawful in your location. Availability of the website does not mean that Wage Plus is making an offer in every jurisdiction.
You must not use Wage Plus if online betting is prohibited where you are located, if you are subject to a relevant self-exclusion restriction, or if another legal or regulatory restriction prevents your participation. Wage Plus may request documents or information to confirm your age, identity, location, source of funds, or eligibility. Access may be limited while those checks are pending.
Employees, contractors, suppliers, and people with confidential information about an event may be restricted from betting on related markets. A member must not place a wager using inside information or on behalf of a person who is not eligible to use Wage Plus.
Only one Wage Plus account is permitted per person unless we give written approval otherwise. You must provide complete, current, and truthful information during registration. This can include your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, email address, and payment details. Nicknames or details belonging to another person must not be used.
Wage Plus may conduct identity and security checks before accepting deposits, processing withdrawals, granting bonuses, or restoring access. You agree to provide clear and valid documents when reasonably requested. Failure to complete verification may result in delayed transactions, restricted account features, withheld promotional benefits, or closure of the account.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and keeping your registered contact information secure. Do not share your password, one-time code, device access, or account with anyone, including relatives or friends. Activity completed through your valid credentials may be treated as authorised activity unless Wage Plus determines otherwise after reviewing the facts.
If you notice an unfamiliar login, wager, payment, or change to your profile, stop using the account and notify Wage Plus promptly at support@wageplus.net. We may temporarily lock the account while the matter is reviewed. Wage Plus will never ask you to disclose your complete password.
Deposits must come from a payment account that you are authorised to use and that is registered in your own name. Supported local options may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Available methods, processing times, and transaction limits may differ by account.
Wage Plus displays account values in Philippine Peso. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are shown during the payment process. A payment shown as pending is not available for wagering until Wage Plus and the relevant payment channel confirm it. Reversed, disputed, cancelled, or unpaid deposits may be removed from your balance.
The Wage Plus wallet is intended for betting activity and is not a bank account, savings product, or money-transfer service. Members must not use deposits and withdrawals primarily to move money without genuine play. Wage Plus may review unusual transaction patterns and request an explanation or supporting source-of-funds documents.
You must check the payment details and amount before confirming a transaction. Wage Plus is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information, payment-network maintenance, bank checks, mobile wallet restrictions, or events reasonably outside the platform’s control.
A wager is accepted only after Wage Plus records it and provides confirmation through the bet slip, account history, or relevant game interface. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not by itself create an accepted wager. Odds may move between selection and confirmation, particularly for live events.
You must review the selection, market, odds, stake, and potential return before confirming. Once Wage Plus accepts a wager, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed at the player’s request. A cash-out option, when displayed, is discretionary and may be suspended, changed, or removed before acceptance.
Sports wagers are settled using the official result recognised by Wage Plus after the event. Later appeals, disciplinary changes, or statistical corrections may not affect a market already settled unless the market rules state otherwise. Postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled events are handled under the rules shown for the relevant sport and market.
Casino and slot outcomes are determined by the applicable game system and its published mechanics. A visual display error does not override the result recorded by the game server. If Wage Plus identifies an obvious odds, pricing, settlement, technical, or display error, the affected transaction may be corrected or voided to reflect the valid market or game result.
Wage Plus may provide welcome bonuses, free bets, reload rewards, cashback, referral offers, or event-based promotions. Each offer can have its own eligibility period, minimum deposit, qualifying wager, wagering requirement, expiry date, maximum reward, game contribution, odds restriction, and withdrawal condition. You must read those rules before joining.
A bonus is not cash that can always be withdrawn immediately. Unless an offer clearly says otherwise, bonus funds may need to be wagered under the applicable promotional conditions. Stakes placed on excluded markets or games may not count. Cancelled, void, hedged, low-risk, or irregular wagers may also be excluded from wagering progress.
Wage Plus promotions are normally limited to one eligible member, household, device, payment source, or shared location where appropriate. Creating duplicate accounts, coordinating opposite bets, delaying game rounds, exploiting an error, or using another person’s identity to obtain extra rewards is prohibited.
Referral rewards apply only when a genuine new player uses the proper referral process and meets the published conditions. Wage Plus may reject or reverse a reward connected to duplicate, linked, inactive, misleading, or fraudulent accounts. Current and complete offer details are provided on the Promotions and Refer a Friend pages.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted through a payment method available to the verified account holder. Where practical, Wage Plus may return funds through the same channel used for deposits. A different method may require additional review. The name and personal details connected to the receiving account must match the verified Wage Plus profile.
Before processing a withdrawal, Wage Plus may complete identity, age, security, payment-ownership, transaction, responsible gaming, and source-of-funds checks. These reviews protect members and help prevent fraud. A request may remain pending while necessary documents are assessed or while a payment provider carries out its own checks.
Bonus requirements, unsettled wagers, disputed deposits, incorrect payment details, or an active account investigation can delay a withdrawal. Wage Plus may deduct a confirmed negative balance, reversed deposit, or amount credited in error before releasing the remaining eligible funds.
Estimated processing times are not guaranteed because GCash, Maya, banks, card issuers, and other payment providers control parts of the transaction. Members should avoid submitting repeated requests for the same withdrawal. Wage Plus will display the relevant minimum and maximum limits when the request is made.
You must use Wage Plus honestly, personally, and only for lawful entertainment. Prohibited activity includes fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, account sharing, identity misuse, payment misuse, collusion, automated play, manipulation, bonus abuse, exploitation of errors, and attempts to interfere with the website or another member’s account.
You must not use software, scripts, bots, scraping tools, or technical methods to obtain an unfair advantage, overload Wage Plus, bypass controls, collect protected data, or reverse engineer any part of the service. You must not knowingly place wagers based on confidential information or coordinate transactions to create a guaranteed promotional return.
When Wage Plus reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, we may restrict features, suspend settlement, request information, withhold the portion of funds linked to the investigation, void affected wagers, reverse improperly obtained bonuses, or close the account. Legitimate undisputed funds will be handled according to applicable rules after the review is completed.
A member must cooperate with reasonable investigations and provide accurate information. Refusing to cooperate, submitting altered documents, or repeatedly creating new Wage Plus accounts after closure may lead to permanent exclusion.
Wage Plus is intended for adult entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial pressure. All wagers carry risk, and previous outcomes do not guarantee future results. Set a clear budget before playing and never use money intended for rent, food, tuition, bills, debt payments, or family needs.
Members should monitor how often they play, how much they deposit, and how betting affects their mood or responsibilities. Chasing a loss usually increases risk rather than recovering money. Wage Plus encourages breaks and offers account controls that may include deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
If you request self-exclusion, you must not attempt to bypass it by opening another Wage Plus account or using another person’s account. Reasonable steps may be taken to identify and close linked accounts. Details about available controls and safer play are provided on the Responsible Gaming page.
Wage Plus may contact a member, restrict activity, or request affordability information if account behaviour raises responsible gaming concerns. These measures are intended to support safer participation and do not guarantee that every risk pattern will be detected.
Wage Plus processes personal information to create and administer accounts, verify identity, provide betting services, process payments, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, support responsible gaming, and communicate with members. Further information about collection, use, retention, and account choices is available in the Privacy Policy.
You agree to receive necessary service messages relating to verification, security, transactions, wagers, account changes, and these terms. Promotional messages are handled according to your available communication preferences. You must keep your email address and mobile number current so important Wage Plus notices can reach you.
Account records maintained by Wage Plus, including accepted wagers, game records, payment logs, login history, and communications, will be used when investigating a dispute unless a clear system error is demonstrated.
Wage Plus aims to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet failures, device issues, power interruptions, payment-provider downtime, event-data delays, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
If a connection fails after an accepted wager is recorded, the wager remains valid. If no acceptance is recorded, the wager is not valid even if the member intended to place it. For a casino round interrupted on the player’s device, the completed result stored by the relevant game system may still stand.
Wage Plus may suspend a market, game, payment option, promotion, or part of the website for operational, security, integrity, responsible gaming, or legal reasons. We may correct obvious typographical, pricing, odds, bonus, account-balance, or settlement mistakes. A member must not knowingly benefit from a clear error and should report one promptly.
You may request account closure after outstanding transactions and wagers are resolved. Wage Plus may suspend or close an account where required for security, verification, responsible gaming, legal compliance, breach of these terms, or protection of the platform and its members.
Before closure, Wage Plus may settle or void open wagers in accordance with the applicable market rules. Eligible funds will be returned after necessary reviews, subject to deductions for confirmed chargebacks, duplicate credits, invalid bonuses, or losses connected with prohibited conduct.
An account with no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager for an extended period may be treated as dormant. Wage Plus may contact the member using registered details and may require renewed identity checks before restoring access or releasing funds. Any dormancy treatment will follow the information presented to the member and applicable requirements.
To the extent permitted by applicable rules, Wage Plus is not responsible for indirect losses, missed betting opportunities, device failures, third-party payment delays, internet interruptions, or decisions made using general sports or game information displayed on the platform. Statistics, scores, schedules, and commentary may be provided for convenience and should be independently checked before wagering.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a Wage Plus error directly affects an account, any remedy will be determined using the accepted transaction records, applicable game or market rules, and the circumstances of the case.
Wage Plus may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect service changes, new products, security requirements, payment developments, responsible gaming measures, or applicable obligations. Material changes will be published on this page, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If one provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay by Wage Plus in enforcing a right does not permanently waive that right. You may not transfer your account or rights under these terms to another person.
Questions about these terms, account activity, or a transaction can be sent to support@wageplus.net. Please include your registered details and a clear description of the concern, but never include your password. You may also review common account guidance on the FAQ page.
